The Waterfront Lodges is a unique room-only, lakeside accommodation property and is not a large chain hotel with extensive facilities.

Before You Book

The Waterfront Lodges is a room-only accommodation property located within the grounds of Weston Lawns Fisheries.

Please note:

• Breakfast is not available.
• We do not currently have a restaurant, bar, café or vending machines on site.
• Fishing is available separately and must be booked in advance.
• Fishing is not permitted from room balconies, terraces or within the accommodation area.
• Lakefront rooms overlook our fishing lakes but do not include a private fishing peg unless specifically stated.
• Not all rooms include a hot tub. Please ensure you select the correct room type when booking to avoid disappointment.
• Room features, facilities and views vary by room type. Please review the individual room description carefully before making your reservation.
• As an established fisheries and countryside site, we continually invest in and improve the property. Guests may occasionally see maintenance, landscaping or improvement works taking place around the grounds.

If you are looking for comfortable accommodation, lakeside surroundings, fishing, wildlife and a peaceful countryside setting, we look forward to welcoming you.
