Before making a booking, please ensure you are happy with our terms, facilities, and the services we provide, so you know exactly what to expect during your stay.
Terms & Conditions
Pricing
All booking prices are net and include room accommodation and any selected extras.
Fishing Policy
Fishing is not permitted within the accommodation area.
If you wish to fish during your stay, please inform us at the time of booking. Fishing spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance. Fishing tickets will be added to your booking.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon payment of the first night’s stay.
A valid credit or debit card is also required for security purposes.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM (latest check-in 10:00 PM)
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Room Inventory
All rooms are checked prior to arrival and after departure. Any missing items, damages, or excessive cleaning required may be charged to the card on file.
Liability
The Waterfront Lodges accepts no responsibility for any personal loss, damage, accidents, or expenses incurred during your stay.
Visitors
Unauthorised visitors are not permitted.
Complaints
Any issues or concerns must be reported during your stay to the owner or management team so we have the opportunity to resolve them.
Complaints raised after check-out may not be accepted.
Management
The Waterfront Lodges are owned and operated Weston lawns Waterfront loges LTD.
Dog Policy 🐾
We are pleased to welcome well-behaved dogs.

Maximum 1 dog per room

Dogs must be well-behaved at all times

Dogs are not permitted on beds or sofas

Guests must bring their own dog bed, or hire one for £5 per night

Dogs must be booked in advance. Dogs added on arrival will be charged at £15 per dog, per night
Room Only Accommodation
Please note that The Waterfront Lodges is a room-only accommodation.
Breakfast and restaurant services are currently unavailable. There are many local restaurants, cafés, and takeaway options nearby.
Cancellation Policy
Please refer to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking, as policies may vary depending on the selected rate.
In the event of a no-show, the first night’s stay, including any extras, will be charged.
