On behalf of our entire team, thank you for choosing us for your stay. We understand there are many accommodation options, and we truly appreciate you selecting The Waterfront Lodges.

Terms & Conditions
Pricing
The final booking price is net, covering your room rental and any additional extras.
Fishing Policy
Fishing is not permitted within the Bed & Breakfast area.
If you wish to fish during your stay, please inform us at the time of booking. We will reserve a fishing spot, and the fishing ticket will be added to your booking.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon payment of the first night’s stay.
A valid credit or debit card is also required for security.
Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM (latest 10:00 PM)

Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Room Inventory
All rooms are checked prior to arrival. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the card on file.
Liability
We are not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or expenses during your stay.
Visitors
Unauthorized visitors are not permitted.
All visitors must report to reception before entering the fishery.
Complaints
All concerns must be reported during your stay to the owner or manager (Nick Wells).
We are unable to accept complaints after check-out.
Management
The Waterfront Lodges are owned and operated by Weston Lawns Fisheries Ltd.
Dog Policy 🐾
We are pleased to welcome small and medium-sized dogs.

Fee: £10 per dog, per night

Limit: Maximum 1 dog per room

Behaviour: Dogs must be well-behaved

Restrictions: Not allowed on beds or sofas

Dog Bed: Please bring your own, or hire one for £5 per night
Cancellation Policy
Please refer to the rate selected at the time of booking, as terms may vary.
In the event of a no-show, the first night’s stay (including extras) will be charged.
